Each semester, the State Charter Schools Foundation brings the Book Wagon to state charter schools around Georgia. The Book Wagon is filled with high-quality books varying in genres, characters, and reading levels. Students in grades K-3 are eligible to participate, and they will be able to select a book of their choice to keep.

A state commission has given a pair of former Fulton County charter schools a new lifeline. The State Charter Schools Commission of Georgia voted Wednesday to give The RISE (Reaching Innovative Solutions in Education) Schools a state charter.

Starting from the year 2023, The RISE schools will no longer be responsible for handling transcripts for years prior to 2023.

Instead, the responsibility for managing and providing transcripts for those years will be taken over by the Fulton County School District. If you need to request records or transcripts for years before August 2023, you should reach out to Fulton County Schools for assistance. They will be able to guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary information and documentation.
